Before accepting any cleaning job, I will arrange to visit the property or request clear photos to ensure I can deliver a high-quality service within the expected time

frame.

Payments

Payment is kindly required by the end of the day the cleaning service is completed. You’re welcome to pay via online payment, cash, bank transfer, or card—whichever is most convenient for you.

If you have any concerns about the service provided, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me by the end of the day. I’m always happy to work with you to make things right.

Media Consent

By accepting this quote and proceeding with the scheduled cleaning service, you acknowledge and provide consent for Spotless Solutions to capture and use before-and-after photographs of the service area. These images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes on our website, social media platforms, and other advertising materials.

All photographs will be taken respectfully and will ensure that no individuals are identifiable.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know as early as possible so I can offer the slot to someone else. Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. I really appreciate your understanding!
